Cavit is one of Italy's largest wine cooperatives, based in Trentino in northeastern Italy. Pinot Grigio is their flagship variety and one of the best-selling Italian whites in the US. The wine pours pale straw with aromas of white peach, green apple, and light citrus. Dry and crisp with refreshing acidity and a clean, easy finish. Good on its own or with light appetizers, seafood, and pasta.
